I offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because I specialize in genuine pre-owned auto parts, I want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fitment and performance of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note the following specific requirements for automotive parts:
The item must not have been dismantled, modified, or damaged during an attempted installation.
Any unique security markings or seals applied by FAST M MOTORS LTD must be intact.
The item should be in its original packaging (where applicable) and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package once the request is approved.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Although I personally test and inspect every component before shipping, please contact me at sales@fast-m-motors.ltd right away if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong part. I will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Certain items cannot be returned:
Modified Parts: Any part that has been altered, painted, or tampered with.
Incomplete Returns: Parts missing original bolts, brackets, or sensors that were included in the sale.
Sale Items: I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get the part you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in the same condition as received, with all original markings intact.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. Since I manage all inspections personally, I will let you know as soon as possible if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
